I hold the whole field with you while we listen for what is actually yours, what the moment requires, and which structure can carry the next phase without replacing your discernment.
I work with people who already have something real in motion. A body of work. A company. A lineage. A family. A decision with consequences.
The relationship becomes useful when several true things are competing and the structure that carried the last season is no longer spacious enough for the person, the work, and the life arriving now.
What the relationship can hold
Discernment when several true things are competing. Identity changes around a substantial body of work. Decisions about what to build, publish, stop, protect, delegate, or carry forward. The emotional and embodied material that appears when the external structure changes.
The form follows the real need. Some conversations are strategic. Some begin in the body. Some are about an offer, a relationship, a team, land, money, motherhood, power, or the work's next container. The useful distinction is whether the question is alive and consequential.
What I bring
Pattern recognition. Systems thinking. A body-first read. A willingness to say the thing that changes the architecture rather than helping you decorate the old room.
I also bring correction. You remain the authority on your life and work. A read becomes more trustworthy when you can tell me where it is wrong, incomplete, or carrying too much of my interpretation.
Boundaries that keep the work clean
Signal Mentorship is relational discernment and ongoing accompaniment. It is separate from therapy, crisis support, licensed clinical, legal, financial, or medical care. It is also separate from done-for-you execution. Canvas, Atlas, and other studio work receive their own scope.
How it begins
We have a direct conversation about what is moving, why an ongoing relationship is relevant, what support already exists, and what clear boundaries would let the work remain useful.
If the relationship is right, scope, rhythm, access, fees, and review points are set in writing before we begin.
Fit
The work already has weight.
This relationship is most useful when the question is consequential and ongoing. A first offer, emergency support, or a defined artifact usually belongs in a different form of support.
